Job Description:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, including Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Proven experience in migrating legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce with Email Case Management
  • Understanding of object based model, governor limits in Salesforce
  • Experience in working with asynchronous and synchronous processes
  • Proficient in advance admin features – Example: flows ,Dynamic forms
  • REST and SOAP integrations
  • Good understanding and hands on experience – Object oriented programming, Apex, LWC, Aura, framework, Visualforce.
  • Salesforce Architect certification good to have.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Designs, configures, and tests various Salesforce Modules
  • Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
  • Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
