Job description :

50% -Functional

50% Technical

CORE SKILL NEEDED

-Oracle EBS Techno functional consultant with 10+ years of experience.

-Should have solid experience in Oracle SCM- Focuses on supply chain management (SCM). Helps manage and optimize supply chain processes

-Oracle EBS SCM is: An enterprise resource planning (ERP) software module. Part of Oracle's E-Business Suite (EBS).

-Should have hands on Oracle Order management, Inventory, purchasing.  

Need to be solid with OM- Oracle Order Management

Need to be solid with  –INV – Inventory management

Need to be solid with -PO- A planned purchase order is a long-term agreement committing to buy items or services from a single source.

Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Other skills needed

And any of below mentioned modules-

Good to have WIP – Oracle Work in Process

BOM – A bill of material contains information

Oracle EBS Financials AR module provides a

Good to have work experience on Service module, Depot repair and Install base.

Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis.

Develop associated EBS documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.

Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams is a must. 

Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant is expected to be knowledgeable in end-to-end process flow of Oracle EBS SCM Order to Cash Applications to resolve Incidents/Service requests and problems.

Knowledge on finance is plus

OIC will be a plus-

Hands on with front end oracle application

Job responsibilities –

• Support ITIL activities, work on Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Root Cause Analysis / Problems
• Responsible for Operations support for SCM modules, including Month-End Close, Year-End Close activities.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues involving SQL, PL/SQL, data fixes and provide solutions through configurations, setup changes.
• Responsible to develop ad-hoc SQL queries and reports, analyse complex data sets in response to Customer needs.
• Additionally Understand technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test the proposed solution.
• Occasionally may have to Provide support for Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing during Release cycles.
• Prepare training manuals/SOPs for end users.
• Work on End-to-End process improvement for business.
• Handle all the Minor/Major Enhancements raised by users.
• Interact with client on a daily and weekly basis and submits status report.
• Coordinate with Offshore team of functional and technical consultants.
• Fix the Functional and Technical Issues on the Daily basis for the Incidents raised.
• Analyse the business process and raise a change request to Improve the business processes.
