Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills: (Need Majority; 5+ Years)

•             Five or more years in a Business Analyst role supporting the software lifecycle

•             Maintaining and vendor-managed software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations.

•             Experience in Agile environment and System development

•             Test script maintenance and Test automation.

•             Experience with SQL.

•             Existing knowledge of COMPAS software

Nice to Have Skills (Need X or more of the following):

•             Government

•             Correctional environment.

•             User Acceptability Testing

•             Liaison to Stakeholders

•             Support

•             Change management systems

•             Business process mapping

•             Flow diagrams (Visio)

•             Integration

•             Reporting maintenance

•             Dashboards maintenance

•             Process Improvements

•             JIRA
