Integrated Fraud Management, ActimizeOne (Actone), RCM (Enterprise Risk Case Management), Dispute Management, Actimize tools, Application Integration (Java), Project Management/ Program Management, SAFe, Banking /Fraud experience/Risk & Compliance Domain.

·        Having technical management with Fraud, AML and disputes, Java, Data, Integration services experience with Actimize.

·        Strong experience on actimize tools & product AIS i.e. IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) RCM & ActimizeOne.

·        Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes.

·        Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.

·        Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards.

·        Lead a team of staff developing products, and address training needs when necessary.

·        Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults and provide evaluations to improve them.

·        Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues.

·        Delegating work and assignments to team members.

·        Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.

·        Analyzing users’ needs and then finding applications to serve them.

·        Creating end goals for their team.

·        Identify solution designs and perform business analysis of client requirements.
