  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 3+ years of SharePoint experience, including On-prem to Online migration efforts.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint OnPrem (2013, 2016, 2019) and SharePoint Online.
  • Extensive experience building solutions with SharePoint OnPrem, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Established history of delivering complex Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, OneDrive, and Azure services.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: SharePoint certifications (e.g., MCSE: Productivity).
