Job Description
Must have skills : FSC Certifications, platform migration assessment experience and consulting background on transformation
Working Time zone PST Pacific time business hours 8 AM to 5 PM
Primary Must have
FSC certified and should have experience in FSC implementations
With FSC Functional Knowledge responsible for defining and building consensus on the solution scope with stakeholders
Maintain a constant exchange with Clientside subject matter experts SME and support the development team as the internal FSC Banking domain expert
Defining and documenting the features user stories acceptance criteria for the project
A channel of communication coordination and exchange of ideas between project team members
PC Insurance Domain Knowledge in areas such as Agency Management Claims Underwriting Submissions quotes
Secondary Skills Nice to have
Good understanding of different Salesforce products Sales Cloud Service Cloud
Good knowledge work experience in SFDC configuration Profiles permission sets Data mapping loading and Migration
Soft Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
