Job description :

Technical Writer- Risk Management

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Technical Project Manager with a special focus on technical documentation. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing our technology changes with regards to DORA (Digital Operations and Resiliency Act), ensuring workstreams are completed within planned timeframes and scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and technical documentation, able to balance the demands of these dual specializations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management – Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of technology projects, from initial conception to delivery. This includes defining project scopes, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Technical Documentation – Develop and manage comprehensive technical documentation for projects. This includes creating and maintaining project-related documents such as design specifications, technical requirements, user manuals, and system architecture diagrams.
3. Stakeholder Communication – Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project status, changes, and dependencies. Manage expectations effectively and ensure that all stakeholder requirements are met.
4. Risk Management – Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Team Coordination – Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. Lead and motivate project teams to drive project progress.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Good understanding of newly passed DORA provision in the European union.
3. Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector with a strong focus on technical documentation.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation.
5. Solid technical background in Platform Engineering areas.
6. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
