- Experience in testing of the Service now functionalities & enhancements
- Automation through ATF [Automated Test framework]
- Analysis of the Service now enhancements/requirements and test scenarios preparation
- Test case preparation & Test execution & defect tracking
- Review the Team member’s deliverables
- Status reporting to the client and client coordination
- Onsite, Offshore co-ordination
