• Experience in testing of the Service now functionalities & enhancements
• Automation through ATF [Automated Test framework]
• Analysis of the Service now enhancements/requirements and test scenarios preparation
• Test case preparation & Test execution & defect tracking
• Review the Team member’s deliverables
• Status reporting to the client and client coordination
• Onsite, Offshore co-ordination
