Our cadre of Finance Operations specialists partners with finance executive teams, crafting and deploying solutions that revitalize finance processes and projects aimed at transforming the finance function. Additionally, our Real Estate Transformation squad empowers clients to restructure their portfolio and real estate operational framework, encompassing strategy, technological advancements, eco-friendly practices, analytics, and the exploration of avant-garde technologies.
Responsibilities:
In your role as Senior Consultant, you will engage with an international clientele from various sectors. Your responsibilities will entail a broad spectrum of client interaction, including the application of sophisticated analytical methods to identify issues, conducting interviews with personnel, proposing and endorsing solutions, as well as facilitating the implementation of those solutions.
Your tasks within our Real Estate Technology team will involve:
• Leading exploratory sessions to grasp asset and work management processes and creating business specifications.
• Translating business specifications into technical terms to bridge the gap between users and the Maximo development team.
• Working closely with a Maximo technical architect to generate technical plans.
• Supervising a group of Maximo consultants in the creation and customization of Maximo functionalities.
• Directly engaging in configuration within Maximo, managing applications, integration, security parameters, and report creation (including BIRT reports).
• Producing documents associated with development and testing efforts, and overseeing procedural adherence within Maximo’s development and testing lifecycle.
• Executing data integration tasks via Maximo Integration Framework or MXLoader.
• Diagnosing and resolving complications within the production setting by providing expert technical assistance.
• Assisting clients in the test and validation phases.
• Educating Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and system users.
Mandatory:
• A minimum of five years’ in both consulting within a professional services framework or as an in-house consultant in a related industry and in devising, configuring, and maintaining Maximo-based business processes.
• Proficiency in configuring a suite of Maximo applications related to Asset Management, Inventory, Work Management, among others.
• Profound knowledge of Maximo’s Technical Architecture, including code deployment, environmental structuring, performance optimization, and code governance.
• Demonstrable experience with the Maximo Integration Framework, enterprise adaptors, and integrative capabilities utilizing APIs, batch processing, and SOAP.
• Expertise in Maximo Security Framework and BIRT report development.
• Familiarity with at least one specialized Maximo module such as Maximo Spatial or Maximo Transportation.
• Certified in IBM Maximo, preferably version 7.6.x.
• Right to work within the United States without the need for sponsorship, currently or in the future.
• Openness to travel up to 50%, contingent on client needs and industry focus.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Desirable:
• Deploying Maximo Anywhere or similar mobile solutions.
• Insight into Maximo APM components.
• Involvement with MAS 8 upgrades.
• Expertise with multiple specialized Maximo modules.
• Crafting digital solutions like predictive analytics, scenario modeling, ERPs, process automation, and advanced data visualization techniques.
• Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize various responsibilities effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving acumen with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including strong proficiency in presenting and a solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
