Location: Madison WI/Hybrid
Duration: 12+ months (with highly possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead support and administration of BI reporting tools (Business Objects, Tableau).
Develop tools and solutions to enhance data usability and engagement.
Collaborate with senior management to prioritize BI reporting needs.
Solve complex technical problems in data visualization architecture.
Optimize performance of BI tools through data filtering and indexing.
Develop dashboard standards, quality metrics, and testing methodologies.
Train customers in BI tools to enhance business decision-making.
Develop standards for BI tools and systems.
Research new technology for enterprise-wide BI solutions.
Design and coordinate the security model for BI tools and data sets.
Required Skills and Experience:
Tableau Administration & Security: 5 years
Design and Development of BI Reports and Dashboards: 5 years
Tableau Dataset and Dashboard Development: 8 years
Business Objects Universe and Report Development: 5 years
Leading BI/OLAP Database Design Reviews: 4 years
Implementation and Optimization of Analytical Data Models: 5 years
Knowledge of Kimball Dimensional Modeling Principles: 3 years
Development and Implementation of QA Processes: 5 years
Management and Administration of BI Tool Back-End Systems: 5 years
Coordination of Meetings for Calculation and Semantic Model Definitions: 3 years
Excellent Organizational, Analytical, and Communication Skills: 5 years
Creation of Business Cases for New Technical Tools: 4 years
Design and Development of Workflow/Process Automation: 3 years
Implementation of Conversion from One BI Tool Ecosystem to Another: 3 years
Additional Requirements:
Must be located in Wisconsin or willing to relocate within 30 days.
Availability for minimal onsite work and potential weekend coverage.
On-call hours are not required.
