- Develop advanced IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications.
- Utilize expertise in Web Services (SOAP, REST) for integration with IVR systems.
- Proficiency in PBX (Private Branch Exchange), SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), and VOIP (Voice over IP) technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure IVR systems meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support for IVR-related issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IVR technology.
