Job Description:
GE Proficy MES SME
- Knowledge of IT architecture and very strong experience in MES applications.
- Experience in GE Proficy suit, GE Plants App, Historian, SPC & Control Automation, troubleshooting, VM, network, database
- Would be proficient in plant automation, have experience of implementation of any MES into the plant
- Would be Proficient in Written and Spoken skills in Hungarian language
- Should posses good functional understanding of Discrete Manufacturing process
- Well versed on concepts like OEE, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0
- Good with customer interaction and analytical skills.
- Ability to prepare & demonstrate solution to client as per requirement
- Should be able to debug production issues and bug fixing knowledge
- Monitor Tools Should be a good team player and contributes to the team.
- Should be able to do reviews of the work done by juniors in the team.
- Must be willing to learn new technologies and guide the juniors in team Should be flexible at work timings.
- Must take ownership to work assigned and complete it as per timeline.
- Should be customer focused and ready to help customer.
- Good to have: worked on .Net/ Java Scripts/ HTML / C# / SQL Server, Visual Studio based on data driven Web/Desktop applications for the manufacturing process application.
- Other MES knowledge i.e. custom MES is an added advantage.
