Role: SAP Business Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s)
Candidates from other locations won’t be considered. Relocation is not acceptable
Must-have skills:
- 3+ y of exp in requirements analysis, systems analysis, design, development,
- scripting and user acceptance testing; 2+ y of exp working with Child Support systems or SAP systems;
- 3+ y of exp managing or leading projects, including utilizing project management tools; governmental exp, Business Blueprinting.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience in requirements analysis, systems analysis, design, development, scripting and user acceptance testing. (3+ years)
- Experience working with Child Support systems or SAP systems (2+ years)
- Experience with requirements, design and testing.
- Experience managing or leading projects, including utilizing project management tools. (3+ years)
Preferred:
- Experience facilitating meetings.
- Experience performing configuration in SAP.
- Experience performing Business Blueprinting.
- Experience performing SAP system requirements analysis.
- Experience performing SAP root cause analysis.
- Experience conducting Joint Application Development sessions.
- Experience in schedule development and identification and assignment of resources to projects
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Understand functional and technical business requirements for system solutions; align technical solutions with business and IT strategies.
- Provide orientation to new consultants on organizational processes and methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between technical staff, business partners, and program staff; share software application knowledge with program staff.
- Identify and record data anomalies for data cleansing; maintain a daily log of activities using the project management tool.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; create and maintain project schedules, including dependencies and milestones.
- Ensure all unit, integration, and acceptance testing follows the CAMS Master Test Plan; develop and maintain test documents and ensure requirements traceability.
- Ensure system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, are updated; ensure the system meets federal certification guidelines.
