Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with large and complex database management system (7+ years)
• Experience with data architecture, large-scale data modeling, database design, and business requirements analysis. (3-5 years)
• Technical leadership abilities in data architecture.
Preferred:
• Experience with the best practices in data modeling techniques including various normalization, dimensional modeling, and their appropriate usage in various solutions.
• Experience in large scale enterprise and data warehouse initiatives, involving multiple departments.
• Experience with Data visualization, data migration and data modeling.
• Experience with Relational database management systems, DBMS software, including SQL Server.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing.
• Experience with Data mining and modeling tools, predictive analytics, data visualization and unstructured data.
• Experience with Database and cloud computing design, architectures, and data lakes.
• Experience with transferring and mentoring skills; and Ability to communicate technical documentation
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Collaborate with IT teams and management to devise a data strategy that addresses industry
requirements.
• Build an inventory of data needed to implement the architecture.
• Research new opportunities for data acquisition.
• Identify and evaluate current data management technologies.
• Create a fluid, end-to-end vision for how data flows through an organization.
• Develop data models for database structures.
