Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to lead and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, adept at handling project dynamics and integrations, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management:
    • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  2. Agile Leadership:
    • Implement and advocate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
    • Mentor and guide team members on Agile best practices.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to manage expectations and provide status updates.
    • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success.
    • Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly.
  4. Integration Management:
    • Oversee the integration of various project components, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
    • Ensure compliance with integration standards and best practices.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address emerging risks and issues.
    • Maintain comprehensive risk registers and documentation.
  6. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
    • Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Conduct project reviews and post-mortems to capture lessons learned and best practices.
  7. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and change logs.
    • Use project management tools and software for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and technology integrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
