JOB DESCRIPTION

• A senior (10+ years) Business Analyst with at least five years of experience supporting Salesforce projects. Candidates must have proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements in SFDC.
•  Candidates with Banking or financial services are a huge plus and will get priority but not required. ***FINAL F2F INTERVIEW WILL PROBABLY BE REQUIRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

10+ years of overall experience, 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform

5. Proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
5. Excellent communicator with ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner.
   5. Excellent understanding of business process.
   5. Strong experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
   5. Proven ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention and effort between assigned workload and on-going support tasks.
   5. Proven ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures and priorities.
   5. Familiar with web service concepts and ability to test web services and interpret responses.
   5. Strong knowledge and hands on working experience with Salesforce platform (Sales cloud & Service cloud) Preferred
   5. Salesforce Admin experience such as developing reports, validation rules and workflows
   5. Mapping backend Web Services and Bulk Data Extract (BDE) is a plus.
   5. Proficient with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps.
   5. Understanding of testing concepts through SDLC (unit, performance, regression) and capability to write test cases and test plans.
   5. Finance/Lending industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. 5. Elicits requirements using interviews, data analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, business process analysis and task and workflow analysis.
   5. Evaluates the overall business need and assists with design and implementation to ensure solutions achieve overall business objectives.
   5. Develops a roadmap for meeting the short-and-long term objectives. – Writes requirements and translates specifications to technical experts. Identifies potential technical problems.
   5. In depth analysis for purposes of mapping to Data Warehouse and source system Web Services.
   5. Validate development matches the business expectations before moving items to QA.
   5. Understand the upstream and downstream effects of the enhancement that are being made both from the business process perspective and technology.
   5. Facilitate UAT with the Business Units prior to Release. – Coordinating communication between different development disciplines, Salesforce, Java, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and IT Operations.
   5. Facilitate priority meeting with business leaders to review requests and stack rank prioritized requests.
   5. Manage the request in take process and properly set Business Unit expectations.
   5. Collaborate with other IT Teams and Business Units with an interest in the enhancements made by the Workstream.
   5. Some Salesforce report development and data loading.
