Location : San Jose, CA (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: 9+ Months Contract

Role Description: Looking for 10+ Years.
- Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for support.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present program reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accessibility for future reference.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in the high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
