12+years in SAP S4 PP/QM with PPDS experience
Well versed with end-to-end business process.
Must have at least 4 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP/QM with PPDS modules.
Able to design and architect solutions.
Excellent and hands on in configuration in the following technical areas:
– SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution
– PPDS experience
– Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP
– Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality
– Process management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc., including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process.
– SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Quality
– Good Knowledge of QM, Material Inspection, Inspection result, order release.
– Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc.
Well versed with Enhancement SDLC process end-to-end – RICEF
Well versed with UT, IT and UAT cycle
