Role: SAP Testing Lead
Location: ( Remote)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP projects, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Lead a team of SAP testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing test deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and business needs.
• Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and ensure timely and effective communication of testing results and status updates.
• Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies, and standards.
• Stay updated on SAP technologies, industry trends, and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Total years of experience 7-10 similar activities. Added advantage SAP Digital & Entertainment.
• Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or similar role, with hands-on experience in testing SAP modules and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.
• Expertise in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) or Testing (e.g., ISTQB certification).
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP (e.g., SAP CBTA, UFT, Selenium).
• Experience in agile or DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP integration technologies.
