Applicant must have experience in implementation, Migration, Customization, and support of various work areas in Oracle Focus Cloud Applications and experience to exporting data from JD Edwards /Siebel / Bamboo HR
Applicant must have experience preparing migration data for HDL (HCM Data Loader).
Experience in RICEW (reports, interfaces, components, extensions, workflows), TAR support, Unix, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Workflow,
Experience in requirements gathering, Design, Development of custom applications in Oracle application framework (OAF).
Experience with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL)
Proficient in writing SQL Queries, stored procedures, function, packages, using PL/SQL.
Good knowledge on Configure Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation management
Payroll Batch Loader, BI reports and HCM Extract Tool, Good experience in OIM (creates Users, assign roles to users).
