Position: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Denver, CO (onsite-)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Role Description:

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Maintain the JIRA dashboard Work with developers and QA Support the functional testing.

Competencies:  ServiceNow Analysis, Digital : ServiceNow_ IT Service Management

Experience (Years):         6-8

Essential Skills: 

• Service Now Experience on ITSM HRSD
• Experience working as a business analyst
• Requirement Gathering Handling multiple stakeholders and demands and prioritization

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
