Role Description:              

1. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, collaborative skills in Multi-Vendor Environment. Ability to provide expert Project guidance/support proactively throughout the Project duration. Track record of On-Time delivery of Testing projects for Global markets involving multiple geographies

2. Good HCM functional leadership skills in different kinds of projects which includes End to End Implementation. Must have experience in System Integrations Test management using Workday integration Studio/EIB, Third Party Payroll Connector (PICOF/PECI)

3. Hands on experience in Quality Test Management, Test Planning, Creation of E2E Test Approach for key Workday components like HR Module, Payroll, Custom Reports, Complex Reports. Implementation of QA policies and processes in line with Workdays product development methodology and standards.

4. Prior experience in working with Global markets for a Workday Payroll Transformation project. Versatile in handling Multi cultural, Multi-Dimensional projects Globally in Multi-Vendor Environment, handling conflicts, Test Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Escalation Management, managing parallel projects at any given point in time

5. Hands-on XRAY reporting, Metrics Automation, JIRA reporting, Test Management tools, Test Transformation levers for Test optimization

Good to have below skills:

1. Good Techno-Functional Leadership skills in different kinds of Workday projects which includes End to End Implementation, Enhancements in Workday

2. Knowledge of Standard Reports, Custom Reports in Workday

Role Description:

– Ability to create standardized UI frameworks that can be reused across the organization.- Should have a strong knowledge on python and should be able to execute the automations independently.

Role Description:

• CLM (Agiloft) Certified Professional having experience in configurations, implementation and support of Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations and Sourcing modules.

• Sound business knowledge in the CLM business & have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.

• Experience in solution architecting and designing of Agiloft product and integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications.

• Hands on experience in configurating different CLM modules

• Designed and configured Agiloft implementations for Enterprise clients, Business Mapping, security, and User groups / permissions

• Configuring Integrations thru Workato or Direct Integration Hub in Agiloft

• Minimum four implementations in Agiloft CLM Product

• Drive requirements and use case Agiloft CLM sessions with the business stakeholders.

• Good understanding and work experience of  SailPoint IIQo Report generationo Enterprise Directories (AD / LDAP)

• 4 to 8 years of experience with installation, integration, deployment, and maintenance of SailPoint Identity IQ

• Expertise and experience in integrating Entra ID and Azure SQL with SailPoint

• CI/CD best practices and robust experience working with technologies such as git, Jenkins, drone, terraform, cloud formation

• Solid experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, SYBase), application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure

• Experience with source code management and deployment architecture
