Job Title: 4303-1 – PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant
Duration: 6 months (37.5 hrs per week)
Location: 333 W. 34th Street , NYC 10001(Day 1 onsite)
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for Building new APIs in PeopleSoft and integrating with external systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide services to support and maintain the PeopleSoft production system consisting of the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll modules.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Integration Broker development
Proven experience in full life cycle of developing, testing and supporting RESTful APIs within PeopleSoft environment.
Experience with web services, XML, JSON, and other related technologies.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems using Integration Broker.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools including Application Designer, AppEngine, SQR, and Oracle Database SQL scripting.
Provide support in applying upgrades, patches and fixes, troubleshooting problems, coordinating problem solving, researching potential processing issues, testing and implementing data manipulation/correction scripts.
The qualified candidate in this area will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and five (5) or more years of full-time paid experience as a PeopleSoft Integration Broker developer. The candidate must have strong initiative and leadership skills, strong work ethic, responsibility and dedication. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, strong verbal and writing skills are also required.
Work orders may specify that the integrator be proficient in one or more of the following:
– People Tools
– Integration Broker
– People Code
– Application Engine
– Component Interface
– SQR
– XML/BI Publisher
– JavaScript
