Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the requirements, design, development, testing of all the associated components such as Configurations, Fast  Formulae, Data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL and Absence area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 12+ years of Information Technology experience
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – OTL and Absence module
  • Hands on experience in working on Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience in driving strategic discussion with Business users on business process functional areas of OTL and Absences.
  • Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Candidate should be proficient in OTL and Absence Processes
  • Ability to Strategize and lead the discussions with the customer teams for on Process Mapping, integrations, data migrations and Testing Strategy related to OTL and Absence and other modules
  • Good working knowledge on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Visual Builder Studio
  • Good working ability in Oracle Cloud – Global HR, Security, Payroll
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Functional Consultant with strong leadership skills. Consultant would Interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Perform a role of Oracle HCM Cloud Lead and advisor. Consultant should have ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 15+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Candidate should be Techno-Functional or functional resource and Functional background must be HCM domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in computer science or applications or relevant technical field is needed.

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional Consultant
  • Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.
  • 3+ years of Hands-On Experience in working Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management
  • Working knowledge on Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI
  • Expertise in Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues. 
  • Experience in Production support – App Upgrades, Incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.
  • Any enhancements / process improvements on Oracle HCM Cloud and consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
  • Working with end users to document the business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.)
