Role: Sr. Lead Consultant (Oracle EBS WMS) – Functional

Locations: Dayton, Ohio – Onsite

Must have:

Should have worked extensively in EBS WMS implementation – (OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, BOM manufacturing modules) and functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS WMS (Warehouse management) module with 2-3 end-to-end implementations and development projects.
2. Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in creating Requirement Specifications, E2E solution designing with technical understanding and Strong Oracle EBS WMS Configuration/Set-up experience and functional knowledge.
3. Should have worked extensively in EBS WMS integrating with distribution modules (OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, BOM manufacturing modules) and functionalities.
4. Expert in writing Functional specifications, test scripts, training manuals, configurations, and functionalities (like MD50, TE40 and etc.) using OUM methodology.
5. Ability to handle Functional spec schedules with clients independently and write MoM, MD50 and close open question if any
6. Support and work closely with the development team during the CEMLI build phase and unit testing
7. Experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions
8. Good interpersonal skills to work & co-ordinate with onsite and offshore teams
9. Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
10. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused
11. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
12. Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business leaders and offshore teams
13. Must have an engineering or Bachelor of science graduate degree with preference for MBA in post-graduation from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Oracle EBS WMS technical understanding (underlying Tables, Views, Procedures)
2. Basic SQL and PL/SQL understanding

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and conduct project scoping/requirement gathering workshops
2. Client / Stakeholder Management
3. Gain acceptance of solution & ensure decisions are made and deviations from standards are properly identified, addressed/documented.
4. Develop Solution Architecture patterns, advocate and drive adoption of “best practices” to ensure standardization of solution designs
5. Documentation, System configuration and testing
6. Provides expert technical advice to team
7. Co-ordinate with onsite / offshore team and ensure complete solution configuration, development, and functional testing as per design and business test cases
8. Plan & conduct SIT, user training, UAT, cut over to prepare for go live
9. Cross skilling team members and contributions to practice CoE activities

Role: Testing/Triage Lead

Locations: Onsite (Denver/Saint Louis)

Overview:

Seeking a Testing/Triage Lead to manage our software testing processes, oversee bug triage, and ensure product quality. The role demands a blend of technical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of the SDLC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test plans.
• Lead bug triage sessions, prioritizing and assigning defects.
• Coordinate with developers, managers, and teams to align testing with product goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers.
• Maintain testing metrics; improve testing and triage processes.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
•  years in software testing, 7-10 years in a leadership position.
• Proficient in testing tools/methodologies and agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
