Job Role : Network SME/Architect
Location: NYC,NY
- This person will be working with the client directly he needs to be an expert, there will be minimum 3 rounds of Interview.
- Must be strong in Switches and Routing L2 experience with good Palto Alto secure access service edge (SASE) that brings together networking and network security services in a single cloud-based platform.
- You can look for these skills as well – NCM, Splunk, Cisco DNA, Palo Alto Panorama, Indeni, Forcescout and Datadog.
- Advanced troubleshooting of network-related issues escalated to the L2 team (including SD WAN support). (CISCO-Routers | Console Servers | CISCO- Switches | Wireless Access Points | Wireless LAN Controllers | VPN).
- Approved change deployment (upgrades, deployment of patches)
- Liaison with third-party vendors / OEMs / ISPs / hands & feet vendors
- Level 2 advanced troubleshooting of Palo Alto firewall-related issues
- Verifying Palo Alto firewall configurations against policies
- Identify and assess connectivity issues reported by software developers (Terraform Logs), including examining logs, error messages, and network configurations
- Apply troubleshooting steps to resolve issues, which may involve reconfiguring settings, addressing code-related problems working with Developers, or liaising with NOC / SOC teams
