Title: Peoplesoft Consultant (Security and Financials)
Location: Remote (Texas preferred)
Client is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials Security Administrator to join a dedicated team for a CAPPS HCM upgrade project. The role involves identifying, analyzing, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting security changes due to a major system upgrade. The candidate will also contribute to fluid navigation design and other project-related activities, including documentation and system testing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and document security changes required due to the system upgrade.
· Implement and test security changes.
· Troubleshoot security issues as they arise.
· Contribute to fluid navigation design and other supporting project activities.
· Collaborate with a diverse remote team using various communication tools.
· Estimate workload, set deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
· 12+ years overall and 8+ years as a PeopleSoft Security Administrator on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) in implementation or similar upgrade projects.
· 8 years: Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Employee & Manager Self-Service and Time and Labor.
· 8 years: Experience working with PeopleSoft fluid and work center security.
· 8 years: Experience in identifying requirements and creating formal documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
· 8 years: Experience in conducting formal work sessions and analysis presentations.
· 4 years (at least): Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
· 2 years (at least): Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 4 years: Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
· 2 years: Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS HCM.
· 2 years: Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
· 2 years: Experience with SharePoint.
· 1 year: Experience with Jira.
· 1 year: Experience working with the Scrum framework.
