Role: SCCM Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months
Must have: • SSCM • HYPR • Endpoint
Requirements: • HYPR administration managing HYPR Control Center, performing upgrades and changes. • Handling HYPR escalations and addressing major incidents. • AWS Workspaces Administration & Audits. • Building, customizing & testing OS images for AWS Workspaces. • OS upgrades – application compatibility testing and planning upgrades on AWS workspaces. • CyberArk EPM administration – EPM agent upgrades, Creating, testing and deploying new Application / User policies. • Administering and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure. • SCCM branch upgrades and SCCM agent upgrades across endpoint devices. • Monthly testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of workstation patches. • Creating and managing reports and dashboards in SCCM. • Packaging, testing, and deploying applications within the SCCM environment. • ServiceNow – Addressing user incidents and desktop escalations. • Custom packaging and publishing through Patch My PC. • Administering ConnectWise. • Renewing service account passwords on an annual basis. • Managing certificates associated with SCCM and endpoint devices. • Troubleshooting issues affecting end devices.
