Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Contract
 
Note:

1. Must have Salesforce Administration Certification.
2. Must have Platform Developer 1 Certification.
3. Must have Platform Developer 2 Certification.
4. Must have Experience on Sales Cloud, Services Cloud & Experience Cloud. 

Job description:
·        Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD1 and PD2 certs
·        Experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud with hands-on development
·        Experience in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SQL, Triggers, Lightning, LWC
·        Experience in third-party integrations
·        Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader, SFDC Administration, Flow Management and Configurations.
·        Experience in Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins, Gearset and Change set.
·        Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
·        Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
·        Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code.
·        Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices.
·        Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews.  Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.
