Job Description:-
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive ServiceNow architecture, including integrations with other systems.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Review and approve technical designs and implementations.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
- Advanced degree (Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
