- Strong BA skills with focus on SNoW software & hardware asset management.
- Collaborate with other application teams and business teams; schedule/facilitate meetings, gather requirements, drive analytics, and update data as required
- Participation in defining requirements, processes and procedures for asset management strategies.
- Proven capabilities in developing IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and conducting in-depth inventory analysis to ensure compliance, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and optimize IT operations.
- Experience in software asset management, ideally the candidate should have a strong focus on software & hardware asset management.
- Responsible to work with business stakeholders to successfully manage and maintain the data integrity and completeness of the IT asset inventory.
- Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
- Strong executive communication skills: exceptional writing skills. Effective communication in written and verbal form.
- Own functional specifications and serve as a functional expert with a deep understanding of business needs on product capabilities by defining business requirements, performing quality assurance
