Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in databases and metadata management to drive enterprise-wide metadata initiatives. You will collaborate with technology partners to extract, standardize, and manage metadata across various systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility for business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute metadata management strategies across the enterprise.

• Work closely with engineering teams to extract metadata from multiple databases and platforms.

• Ensure metadata is structured, governed, and accessible for business insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data governance, analytics, and technology partners.

• Develop metadata taxonomies and standards for enterprise-wide usage.

• Lead product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to enhance metadata

Capabilities Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise data management and metadata governance.

• Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, etc.) and metadata models.

• Experience working with metadata extraction, cataloging, and data lineage tools.

• Proven ability to work with engineering teams to integrate metadata solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
