Role:- Senior Network Engineer
(CISCO and Palo Alto routers / switches, AWS)
Location :- 100% remote (Oakland California)

Required :-
All of these are “must haves”……10+ years overall with Network Engineering (CISCO and Palo Alto routers/switches)
8+ years knowledge of Cisco VSS, routers, switches, Cisco wireless, Palo Alto Network FW, Global Protect VPN.
4 + years recent experience: Ability to design and deploy network-related configurations in AWS.
Ability to deploy and maintain Infoblox DDI
At least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise LAN / WAN / WLAN networks.
Familiarity with Infoblox NIOS-based DNS/DHCP/IPAM implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco VSS, routers, switches, Cisco wireless.
In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)

The TDS teams include Information Security, Planning (architecture and PMO), Application Development, HR & Payroll Development, Infrastructure, and Client Services teams. POSITION SUMMARY
Support our data network and services including data centers, AWS cloud network services, wide area/metro area/local area networks.
The incumbent manages operational reliability and performance of existing buildings and wide-area networks and quickly resolves any network service interruptions that occur.
As required by business changes, extends, and enhances the company network. May be required to implement new configurations in AWS, data centers or desktop environments. This position works as part of a Network Engineering group. May require travel outside of normal business hours. Participate in 24×7 on-call support rotation

- Demonstrated ability to analyze highly complex communication hardware and software systems for maintaining a real-time resource that impacts OP-wide network users.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, organize and analyze data in the completion of a variety of functional assignments.
- Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

- Ability to interpret cabling plans and oversee installers to ensure standards are meet. Familiar with cabling and termination specification, maintenance, and problem determination.
