Requirements:
- Strong background in Azure data resources, Azure data lake
- Taking business requirements and convert into technical design and provide steps on how resources should deploy into Terraform
- Terraform is a MUST
- Azure monitoring
- CI/CD pipelines
- DevOps
- MLOps background – HUGE PLUS
- Data resources in Terraform
- ETL, data ingestion
Sr. Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer contract role is responsible for helping the overall cloud infrastructure deployment and management for the Enterprise. The position requires a strong understanding and practical experience on Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
Position Responsibilities:
- · Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Azure SQL Servers, Log Analytics workspace, Virtual networks.
- · Strong Experience in automating the deployment of infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager templates.
- · Familiar with Azure ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateway, Local Network Gateway, Site to Site VPN and Point to Site VPN connectivity from On-Prem to Azure.
- · Very Strong experience Role Back Access Control (RBAC), ACL
- · Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
- · Scripting skills – PowerShell, Shall and Azure CLI
- · Configure and management of Backups and Replication (DR) using Azure Recovery Service Vault
- · Configure auditing, monitoring, and alerting for solutions/services deployed in azure cloud
- · Experience on Azure AD Domain Services, App registrations, Service Principle and managed domains.
- · Basic knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates
- · Experience migrating workloads from On-Prem to azure.
- · Knowledge on Windows and Linux Operating systems.
- · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Preferred Requirements:
· Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Azure cloud infrastructure
· Working knowledge of Terraform scripting, and Terraform Modules to develop infrastructure as code
· Azure Certifications: Azure Administrator AZ-103 or AZ-104, Azure Architect AZ-304 and AZ-305
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
