Necessary Qualifications:
– A solid history of at least five years in the field of Content Management Systems, with a strong preference for experience in Adobe Experience Content Manager (AEM).
– At least five years of experience in developing web applications, including proficiency with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), MicroServices infrastructure, Microsoft Graph, along with exposure to various DevOps methodologies and tools.
– Experience with security solutions such as Kona, Akamai, Ping Identity, and familiarity with ChatBot technology will be advantageous.
– Comprehensive knowledge of various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models including Agile, SCRUM, Rational Unified Process (RUP), or other applicable frameworks.
– A fervent interest in continuous learning, particularly in the area of digital marketing, alongside keen research and analytics skills.
– Demonstrable skill in dealing with uncertain situations and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks.
– Outstanding communication skills are mandatory, including clarity in written, verbal, and presentation forms, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas in a manner that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Must be able to build and maintain productive working relationships with teams across the organization, promoting a culture of collaboration.
