Job description:

•            Ability to collaborate with technical peers and management to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

•            Ability to translate business requirements into a project plan which includes all milestones, dependencies, and resources.

•            Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.

•            Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management.

•            Familiarity with information security frameworks.

•            Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience successfully driving projects.

•            In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.

•            Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.

•            Strong understanding of authentication protocols

•            Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.

•            To be able to build relationships with other members of the organization, such as the security team, the IT team, and business users.

•            Need to be able to converse complex technical matters with non-technical staff.

•            adapt to changing requirements and technologies.

•            adopt firsthand technologies quickly and keep up with industry fashions.
