Title: Salesforce Tester (with Machine Learning)

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Location: REMOTE but LOCAL Candidates must reside in the DMV area and be available for on-site meetings as required in Washington, D.C.

Interview: 2 Video Interview
Note :- Please note, any candidates presented will need to be prepared to provide references. Top 3 Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Automation Testing, with 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Testing, 2+ years of experience with API Testing
- Experience with testing in Machine Learning and Cloud environments (any cloud)
- Bachelor’s degree with technical discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar)
Healthcare Technology solutions, has an immediate opening for a Machine Learning/Salesforce Tester to support a major DMV-based healthcare partner.
Position Description:-
The Machine Learning/Salesforce Tester will play a critical role in supporting our partner’s Systems Engineering efforts around Machine Learning and Salesforce. They will also contribute to testing of the new tools and technologies being built within the enterprise around conversational Artificial Intelligence through Machine Learning, Chatbots, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
What You’ll Get to Do:-
• Partner with different stakeholders throughout the Systems Engineering team to clearly define
and understand Automated Testing requirements.
• Work with automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca to execute testing.
• Prioritize testing and fix efforts based on need and business impact.
• Work within an Agile framework between Salesforce and Machine Learning testing efforts as
needed to rollout solutions and releases within the desired timeframe.
• Report to Testing Lead on day-to-day activities and expectations.
• Perform API testing as needed to test integrations.
• Work with technical team stakeholders, business users, and customer service team members to
explain solutions and maximize buy-in.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree within a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance/testing.
• 3+ years of experience testing in Salesforce.
• Experience with testing in Cloud Environments.
• Experience testing Machine Learning applications/data models.
• 2+ years of experience with API testing.
• 3+ years of experience with test automation tools such as BDD, Selenium, or others.
• Experience working within an Agile environment with experience on Agile tools such as Jira or
Confluence.
• Salesforce Certification highly desired.
