CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Day in the life/roles and responsibilities.
- Storage specialist
- Technical initiatives around storage structure
- 50/50 – enable L2 through automation and take away from hands on
- Overseeing l2 teams ext, but also working on architects longer term roadmaps & interpreting cloud into roadmap.
- Specify technical skills. (Required & preferred)
- NetApp- SME with hands on
- Storage backup teams & one contractor filling role around storage
- This person will be NetApp SME
- Engineering, providing roadmaps, how do we grow environment, support new workloads, very technical thought leader
- File NAS, Block SAN, and object
- AIX & Cisco switches
- Cloud insights, NetApp ActiveIQ (nice to have)
- (azure) on s3
- OS platform- AIX
- File servers are mixer of Rails/NFS
- Hands on CLI- does scripting, level of automation, basic IT skill sets
- Net Ansible Playbooks is plus
