Role: Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer

Location: 100% Remote  (only CST and PST and MST)
Duration: Long term
Experience: 9-12 years

Note: This is for the client AMEX and is a Remote position and only CST/ PST Time zone . Strictly No EST.

( Address Will be Verified for CST/PST/MST candidates ).

They are looking for Technical and Functional Knowledge. 

Job Description:

·         Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk

·         Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

·         Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration

·         Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.

·         Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

·         Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis

·         Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

·         Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

·         Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages.

·         Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantage.

·         Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.

·         Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages

OBIEE Developer+ BI Publisher+ PL/SQL

12+months

 Remote

 

Candidate based out of California would be Ideal .

CST/PST/MST would be Ideal.

Healthcare experience is a plus

Job Description:

·         Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), BI Publisher, and PL/SQL development.

·         Strong experience in designing and developing OBIEE dashboards, reports, and metadata models.

·         Expertise in creating BI Publisher reports, templates, and layouts.

·         Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.

·         Hands-on experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

·         Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.

·         Repository, window functions, queries BI publisher how to build reports, dashboard, kind of repository, intrusive functions for OBIEE

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Nice:

·         Oracle certifications related to OBIEE, BI Publisher, or PL/SQL.

·         Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other ETL tools.

·         Familiarity with Oracle databases and database administration.

·         Knowledge of data visualization tools and technique

 

TIBCO EMS Admin

Location: Charlotte NC – 3 Day Onsite

Experience: 8+ years

Duration: 6 months

 

Mandatory Skills:

We are seeking a proficient TIBCO EMS Support Engineer to join the Middleware team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) and experience in providing advanced support and maintenance for messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Technical Support: Handle support for TIBCO EMS, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.

2.       System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain TIBCO EMS servers, perform patch management, upgrades, and configuration changes.

3.       Incident Management: Respond to incident tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with support teams and stakeholders.

4.       Performance Tuning: Analyze performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct capacity planning.

5.       Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions for support teams.

 

Kafka Support

Location: Charlotte NC – Onsite 3 days a week

Duration: 1 year

Experience: 8+ years

 

Mandatory Skills:

Monitor, maintain the Kafka environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Technical Support: Provide support for Apache Kafka, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.

2.       System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain Kafka clusters, perform patch management, upgrades, and configuration changes.

3.       Incident Management: Respond to incident tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with support teams and stakeholders.

4.       Performance Tuning: Analyze performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct capacity planning.

5.       Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions for support teams.
