Job Title: Business Analyst 4
Job Location: Richmond, Virginia(Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal staff to optimize processes and enhance quality for the design, development, and maintenance of Software Systems.
Learn and comprehend operational systems; collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements for system improvements.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for implementation by technical teams.
Create diagrams to illustrate modifications, ensuring clarity for both technical staff and executive management.
Recommend alternative solutions considering cost and benefit trade-offs; ensure compatibility and performance from both business and technical perspectives.
Drive consistent project delivery throughout the project lifecycle; monitor and report project metrics, ensuring Agile principles are followed.
Possess technical expertise in Test Plan creation, Storyboard development, and Requirements management.
Proficient in requirements elicitation, storyboard development, wireframe preparation, test planning, and execution.
Required Skills:
Agile Business Analyst: Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies (5 years required).
Scrum and Agile: Proficient in Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies (5 years required).
Backlog Management: Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs (5 years required).
Requirement Translation: Ability to translate client and product strategy into application requirements and user stories (5 years required).
Process Analysis: Capability to analyze and document business and system processes (3 years required).
